HOW DID YOU GET INTO PHOTOGRAPHY?
In 2007 was the first time that I took really conscious photos on a class trip, at that time still with a small compact camera. This passion has evolved and over the years, the goals and cameras slowly became bigger and the work more professional.

WHICH IS YOUR PERSONAL FAVOURITE PHOTO AND WHY?
I don't have a favorite photo, but I really like the moment I captured around 2015 or 2016 in Talisker Bay, Scotland. The sky was burning, there was light rain and the sea was rough. That's how I like to take photos.

WHICH TIP HAS BROUGHT YOU FORWARD IN PHOTOGRAPHY?
Focus on the people who value your work and not the rest.
WHICH CAMERA AND LENS DO YOU USE MOST OFTEN?
I mostly use full-frame cameras with ultra-wide-angle lenses. Currently a Sony A7rII with 16-35mm 4.0, but depending on the project I also use other cameras and lenses.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT YOUR HAUKLAND?
My favorite feature is the microfiber cloth in the sleeve and the possibility to store a lot in the jacket itself. I actually wear the jacket all year round, especially the fleece.

DO YOU HAVE A "PHOTO DREAM" OR GOALS FOR THE NEXT MONTHS/YEARS?
I find volcanoes exciting. That's been on my list for a while. But also other motifs that I would like to experience and see. Maybe it will work out with the volcano in 2022.
