As a European company based in Germany, we ship via DHL to your US home address. We have included the shipping cost of approximately $49 in the retail price of the 7in1 jacket, so you will not have to pay additional shipping costs if you order our bestseller. With all other gear shipping is not included and costs $49.
If you like our products, we recommend ordering for multiple people in one order and adding some products to save on shipping costs, as we will not charge you additional shipping costs if your order already includes a 7in1 jacket.
Your order should arrive within 6-11 business days. However, depending on where you live, it may take a little longer from time to time, especially during the holiday season.
After purchase, we will email you a DHL tracking number to track your order.
Your purchase is secured with Paypal Buyer Protection and the order is also insured against loss or damage.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Sales tax, if applicable, is automatically calculated at checkout. If no sales tax is charged for your address, you are buying tax-free.
Q: Do I have to pay customs duties?
A: Your purchase should be duty-free if your order value is less than 800$.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the product, domestic delivery of goods shall be made within 7 days after shipping information (if advance payment is agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Pre-Orders are excluded from this. Here the shipment takes place within 7 business days after shipping confirmation.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
Returns
To minimize returns we made our products durable and long-lasting. Also, we ensure quality control before we send you a package.
As a European company, due to European law, we even offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you don’t like the product after receiving it. The product must be unused and in a resalable condition. No damage, no outdoor use, and in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns ourselves as it is quite expensive to send a package around the world.

How do I choose the right size?
We strongly recommend measuring the right size with our size charts in each product before you place your order and we send a package 6000 miles across the ocean 🙂 The fleece layer of the 7in1 Jacket for Photographers should fit well to allow the other layers to fit over it.
All sizes are European sizes. In general, all of our products have a regular to loose fit, not slim-fits, but may run slightly smaller than US sizes. For flexibility, you might order one size larger than usual.
